Transport yourself back to simpler times, when computer games were controlled by joysticks and you didn't have to watch overblown and overly long intros before playing them. With many games these days, you can give yourself brain ache just trying to memorise the complex control system, or you may also find yourself reading an instruction manual the size of an 80s mobile phone. Yes, the graphics may have been more basic back in the 1980s, but the games were far more accessible and, more importantly, FUN!
Below you will find links to reviews (with video clips and screenshots) of a whole range of 8 bit and 16 bit computer games that we used to play on our home computers and consoles back in the day, and when the likes of Atari, Commodore, Sega and Sinclair were dominating the market.
