Do you remember receiving a Thundercats annual for Christmas back in the 80s? In this post, I'm going to take a look back at all six of them - see how many of these covers you remember!
There is a lot of conflicting information online regarding the years in which each annual was published. Each annual is published with next year's date, so what some sites are labelling as the 1986 annual is actually the 1987 annual, and so on. After much research, I believe the years stated below are correct, but if you think differently then please do let everyone know using the comments box at the bottom of the page.
Published by Marvel Comics Ltd., the six UK hardcover annuals each included 64 pages, with each featuring material from the U.S. Marvels comics, starting with issues 1 and 2 for the first annual, with material from subsequent comics being used for the following annuals. Text stories and pin-up photos were also included.

So which is your favourite cover? Personally, the first one is my favourite as it features lots of characters and the artwork seems to have more quality and depth to it.
